It empowers smaller, weaker people with the ability to defeat bigger, stronger opponents. It’s been known to increase physical and mental toughness, self-confidence and it most notably it help people with mental health problems, anxiety and high stress levels.

Regardless of your age, size, shape or fitness level we will guide you on your BJJ journey because BJJ is for everyone.

what To expect at BJJ class

If this is your first class, here’s what you need to know.

1. We start with a light warm up

2. Then we drill moves and techniques

3. We finished with rolling (only if you want to)

4. And then we all cool down together

If you are a beginner you do not roll/spar until you are good and ready. Your main focus should be mastering your technique.

No footwear on the mats. We train bare foot or with socks on. All you need on your first night is a mouthguard, flip-flops, water and some good vibes!
