JIU JITSU CLASS

Every Jiu Jitsu class is a new experience. It is the sport of constant learning. But we approach every class the same. Firstly we warm up, then your head coach will walk you through some drills for the majority of the class. (These drills are practiced with little to no resistence). Finally, if you want you can roll. Rolling is like sparring in Jiu Jitsu. Beginners are not allowed to roll until they are told so my our head coach Philip Mulpeter.
