Muay Thai is an ancient martial art with a long history in Thailand. It was developed several hundreds of years ago as a form of close-combat that utilizes the entire body as a weapon.

Muay Thai benefits your mental strength just as much as your physical strength. It is ideal for people who want to increase physical and mental toughness, self-confidence and it helps reduce mental health problems, anxiety and high stress levels.

what To expect at MUAY THAI class

If this is your first class, here’s what you need to know.

1. We start with a light warm up

2. Then we drill moves and techniques

3. We finished with sparring (only if you want to)

4. And then we all cool down together

If you are a beginner you do not roll/spar until you are good and ready. Your main focus should be mastering your technique.

No footwear on the mats. We train bare foot or with socks on. All you need on your first night is a mouthguard, flip-flops, water and some good vibes!
