Our “BE A BEGINNER” programme guides beginners through a 12 week cycle and teaches them the basics of Martial Arts.

Each group begin their journey and develop their skills together. Our coaches will carefully guide you through each class and show you the beauty and the benefits of studying Martial Arts.

The beginners mindset

Don’t be afraid to do something you’ve always wanted to do because you’re scared of judgement, or failure, or looking stupid.

Being a beginner gives you power, strength and confidence and that bleeds into in every aspect of your life.

If you feel like it’s too hard or it’s too late. We challenge you to open your mind, forget everything and focus on the now because you might not get another shot.

Don’t get stuck worrying about the outcome. Empty your mind and remember,

“In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert's there are few”

what To expect at Beginners class

Here’s what you need to know about your first class!

1. We start with a light warm up

2. Then we drill moves and techniques

3. And then we all cool down together

In beginners classes your main focus should be mastering your technique and learning the basics.

No footwear on the mats. We train bare foot or with socks on. All you need on your first night is a mouthguard, flip-flops, water and some good vibes!
